Arriving for Your Appointment

For all Spa services, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled
appointment time. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your service,
however you will still be charged for the full value of your treatment.

Please notify us if you are taking any medications, are pregnant, have
had recent surgery, or any other medical conditions as some treatments
may have be contraindicated.

Reservations & Cancellations

Please reserve your appointment in advance to insure availability. A
major credit card is required to reserve Spa services, Spa packages
and group bookings.

We request that you provide 24 hours advance notice if you are unable
to keep your appointment. Cancellations received less than 24 hours
prior to your scheduled appointment will be assessed at 50% of
treatment fee.

Please Note: All prices, services and hours of operation are subject to
change without notice.

Cell Phones

For the benefit of everyone, we ask that you silence your cell phone
while receiving a service. Please refrain from using your cell phone in
the building. Kindly take or make calls outside on the porch.
